Making changes to stay happy

Yesterday I went roller skating again for 2 hours.  It is so much easier when you just let go and look at it as a fun activity.  This 10 year old girl was so sweet, so told me, “Don’t worry.  If you fall down, it’s just practice,”  How cute of her.

I’ve also decided to incorporate soy and whey protein into my daily diet.  I read that soy can help reduce cramps and mood swings.  I have a hard time with my mood every day, but it is the worst during my PMS, I also read that whey protein can aid in the production of serotoin. 

Tomorrow morning I have to workout for my health- my mental health.  I would do it tonight, but tonight I want to focus on the cake I need to bake for a co-worker,
